REGISTRATION STEPS

It is your responsibility to finish all parts of the registration process. If you fail to finish the registration process in its entirety you will not be able to Test.

You must be fully registered at least 48 hours in advance of your test date in order to take the HESI exam. This includes both payments ( the registration fee and the HESI exam code purchased from the Elsevier website).

1. Continue on with this registration process. You will select an exam test date, time and pay the non-refundable administration fee.
2. You will receive two emails after finishing step one. (Allow 1 business day for delivery). Print out your registration confirmation email sent to you by PrepBlast. The next email from the FAU testing office will instruct you on the process of purchasing a HESI exam code from the Elsevier website. After you receive your email from the FAU testing office detailing the delivery ID and instructions, you may proceed to Purchase Exam Code.  (Check your junk mail if you do not see the email from FAU in your inbox; if you do not receive this email at least 48 hours to your test date please contact FAU testing immediately at 561-297-3160).
3. • DO NOT PURCHASE EXAM CODE WITHOUT RECEIVING THE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FROM FAU FIRST. BE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR THE CORRECT EXAM! ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL

ON YOUR TEST DAY

You must arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time. You are responsible for bringing the following items with you on test date:

• a non-expired Government issued photo ID (Government issued ID's include a driver's license, state issued ID card, passport or military ID).Your name must match exactly how you registered for the test. NO EXCEPTIONS
               *Student ID's will NOT be accepted.
  
• a copy of your registration confirmation email sent to you by PrepBlast

• a copy of your HESI proof of purchase email sent to you by Elsevier
  ---This email was sent to you after you finished step 2.
