The goal of the School of Urban and Regional Planning Alumni Society is to contribute to the School's locus of excellence by providing an enjoyable and meaningful forum for all SURP alumni to reconnect and share their knowledge and experience with each other, current students, and the School.  This is accomplished through various formal and informal events throughout the year.  Highlights include the:

• Annual Tailgate Party, held every fall at an FAU home football game
• Annual ‘Wine Relief’ wine-tasting event, held in the winter

Through these events and other means, the Alumni Society also helps raise money to support important student and School initiatives, such as the Florida Atlantic Planning Society.
