The Associate Vice President & Dean of Students Office’s Role in Assisting Students

The Associate Vice President and Dean of Student Office mission is to assist students in meeting their educational goals by offering assistance with academic matters and leadership and student development opportunities, through individual advising.   Students who are of concern to the campus community can be referred to the Associate Vice President & Dean of Student Office for any violation of the FAU’s Student Code of Conduct.

The Associate Vice President and Dean of Students will coordinate with the SCAC/SIT a comprehensive, training and awareness programs including workshops and presentations for the University faculty, staff and administrative community on identifying and responding to situations involving at-risk students and/or situations.
