About Us

The Department of Student Media provides students a chance to gain real world experience in print journalism, television and radio broadcast production. Student media plays an integral role at FAU by covering its wide range of events and programs. Led by professional advisors, students involved in student media can acquire experience that cannot be found in a classroom. In addition to building resumes, student media offers a wide range of paid positions that allows students to focus on their academics while also committing time to producing materials and building portfolios.

To utilize the Student Media outlets to create a larger sense of community at FAU and to provide Student Media participants with a rewarding and enriching experience that will contribute to thier future success.
