Florida Atlantic University shall establish a committee at least once every five years beginning five years after the adoption of this regulation to review, evaluate and recommend changes to this rule to the Vice President for Student Affairs. This committee shall be appointed by the Vice President for Student Affairs with at least one-half of the committee being students appointed by the Student Government President. This committee shall have as its charge to review and evaluate this regulation to determine that it ensures fairness and due process in disciplinary proceedings at the University.
