Dear Treasure Coast Owls,
As your Campus Governor, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Treasure Coast Campus of Florida Atlantic University, and to be the first to welcome you to Student Government and all that it has to offer.
In addition, I would like to express how thrilled and delighted I am to be serving the students of this campus. As a current student majoring in Elementary Education and dedicated Student Government leader, it is one of my fundamental objectives for this year to make sure that the voices on our campus are heard University-Wide. It is important that you know you truly have the BEST Student Government. We strive in making this campus meet the needs of our unique student body. The Student Government leaders and I will continuously work to keep you updated throughout the year as our goals transform and new ones are established.
I encourage you to get involved and become an active voice at our University. We are eager to have new people aboard and hope that you are just as passionate about making this campus the best it possibly can be while leaving a personal stamp, making unforgettable memories, and lifelong friends along the way. I want your experiences at FAU to be cherished and gratifying.
If you would like to know more about Student Government, our initiatives, or how to get involved my door is always open. Please feel free to stop by my office in CO-110. You can also check out our website at www.fau.edu/sg and if you have not done so already, join our group on Facebook—FAU Student Government TCC.
Be sure to make use of all the resources and tools that Student Government and FAU have to offer.
As always, if you have any questions, thoughts, or concerns don’t hesitate—I want to hear from you and know what you THINK! This year promises to be a magnificent one for the Treasure Coast Campus of Florida Atlantic University.
GO OWLS!!!
Always true, RED & BLUE!
Yours Truly,
Shaunte’ Robinson
