Ashley Kash

Ashley was originally a nursing student upon being admitted to FAU. One of her reasons for attending was the reputation of the nursing program. However, Ashley’s interests have shifted toward the psychology field. She has enjoyed the experience in the psychology program and opportunities it has provided.

Ashley describes her personality as upbeat and bubbly. This attitude helps her prevent life’s problems from affecting her mood. Her involvement in activities outside of her course work serves as her break from school. She joined Ballroom of FAU because she loves to dance and teach others. She stresses that even with no dance experience, dance can be fun.

After graduation, Ashley plans to get her prerequisites for medical school. She wants to become a physician and make a difference in the country’s health care system. In the next five years, she hopes to get into a top residency program, travel, learn about the world and hopefully help countries in need.
