Owl Card Center

The OWL Card is a gateway to retail and services at Florida Atlantic University. All students are required to obtain one, as it serves as your official photo identification, Owl Bucks card, library card, residence hall building key, meal card for those who have meal plans, and your ticket to many FAU events, including sporting events. You will need to present your OWL card to receive the benefits of the many services offered at FAU. The OWL card is also recommended for FAU faculty and staff.

University Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar is available to assist you with:

  • Checking your schedule of classes and how to drop and add courses;
  • The submission or resubmission of a Consent to Release Student Record Information ( FERPA) form; and
  • Verify Florida residency classification for tuition purposes and steps necessary to submit for reclassification, if warranted.

Need Help Obtaining Your Permit?

All permits are to be obtained online. However, if anyone is in need of assistance or directionwe will be fully staffed and have computers and printers to support anyone who needs clarity or direction. All registered students are eligible for a permit… Anyone parking on campus is REQUIRED to have a permit.Citations for No Permit are $25. Don’t let this happen to you.

Incoming Students - Proof of immunization is required prior to registration.

The Immunization Office is open to help students navigate this process. FAU may have received some immunization information electronically if you have attended a Florida public high school. In addition, you will need to complete the FAU Immunization Form and provide any missing information.

Student Accessibility Services

SAS provides comprehensive academic support services including advocacy, academic accommodations, Assistive Technology equipment/software training, Assistive Technology Computer Lab, Learning Strategies training, and an active student organization. SAS has offices across three of FAU's campuses – Boca Raton, Davie, and Jupiter; however, disability services are available for students attending any of the six FAU campuses. Students can stop by the SAS office to inquire about applying for services on their online portal, discuss what type of documentation is needed, how to submit documentation and inquire about the different services they have to offer for students.

Transfer Student Services Center

Transfer Student Services (TSS) assists transfer students with navigating the academic and cultural landscape of the university. We serve students who transfer to Florida Atlantic University from other institutions.
