Senior Vice President's Welcome

Welcome back for the 2013/2014 academic year.  For our new students, welcome to the Florida Atlantic University community.  As Senior Vice President for Student Affairs, I look forward to meeting and working with you.  This is an exciting period for our University and I am extremely honored and pleased to work with such outstanding students. I am committed to promoting a campus ambience that embraces academic excellence, promotes social and personal development and teaches the importance of civility and civic responsibility.

Student Affairs complements the academic mission by offering program activities and services that encourage students to critically explore today’s global society. This exploration happens through in-depth engagement with faculty, staff and students who come from different socioeconomic, ethnic, racial, international, gender and/or religious backgrounds.  The diversity of our campus community and our excellent academic programs make FAU a dynamic and vibrant academic institution.
