Mission:
The Mission of the Dr. Daniel B. Weppner Center for Civic Engagement and Service (WCCES) is to develop partnerships between the university and community, providing service opportunities to faculty, staff and students; and to promote the link between the curriculum and service fostering civic awareness.

Students Advocating Volunteer Involvement (SAVI)
The Student Government agency Students Advocating Volunteer Involvement (SAVI) provides community service and leadership opportunities to all interested students. SAVI maintains an independent budget from the Weppner Center for Civic Engagement & Service and offers students the opportunity to coordinate volunteer and fundraising events to support the community. SAVI also assists clubs and other student organizations in their community service efforts. SAVI is based on the Boca Raton, Broward and Jupiter campuses.
Helping Out Our Town (HOOT)
HOOT is a group of dedicated students that attend weekend projects, sit on committees, and volunteer on a regular basis with the Weppner Center for Civic Engagement & Service and SAVI.
