Locker Rooms: Includes 2 individual showers and 6 lockers at no additional charge. Shampoo, body gel, and hair dryers provided. Be sure to bring any additional toiletries that you need (including a towel)!

Fitness Assessment (60 minutes) includes:

YMCA Cardiovascular sub max bike test
Muscular ability tests
Sit and Reach flexibility test
Print out of results and comparison to ACSM averages
Review of ACSM recommendations
Workout Consultation with Equipment Orientation (60 minutes) includes:
Discuss the FITT Principle and ACSM guidelines
Review goals, challenges, and preferences
Create a detailed workout plan
Complete a supervised equipment review, equipment set up, and one set of each exercise
