Student Involvement & Leadership
Peggy Joseph is the Associate Director for Student Involvement & Leadership for the Broward Campuses. Ms. Joseph received both her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management and Masters of Education Degree in Higher Education Leadership at Florida Atlantic University.
Ms. Joseph began employment at Florida Atlantic University in the Spring of 2009 as the Web Administrator for the Division of Student Affairs. In Spring of 2011 transferred to the Student Union Department to become the Communications and Events Specialist. Then in the Summer of 2012 worked with the office of New Student and Owl Family Programs as the New Student Program Specialist. After graduating with her Master’s, Ms. Joseph became the Coordinator for Student Affairs on the Jupiter Campus. After a year’s service on the Jupiter Campus, in the Fall of 2013, Ms. Joseph was hired as the Associate Director for Student Involvement & Leadership on the Broward Campus.
Ms. Joseph currently serves as the Regional Assistant for Alpha Nu Omega Sorority, Inc. and is involved with the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). She is extremely passionate about working with students and inspiring others to grow.
Ashley Williams currently serves as the Coordinator for Student Involvement and Leadership on the Davie campus. She began her professional development at FAU as a Graduate Assistant for Student Involvement and Leadership. She received a Master's of Education degree in Higher Education Leadership from FAU and her Bachelor's degree in Family Youth and Community Sciences with a Minor in Education from the University of Florida. Ashley looks forward to pursuing her Ph.D. in the future. She is passionate about empowering and liberating the leader in others.
Iris Trevisano is the Program Assistant for Student Involvement and Leadership and New Student Owl Family Programs at Florida Atlantic University’s Broward campuses. Ms. Trevisano received her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing at Florida Atlantic University. As a former student leader, Director of Owl Productions (now known as Broward Program Board), planning events and activities for students became her passion. After graduation in the spring of 2011 an opportunity presented itself in Student Involvement and Leadership office on the Fort Lauderdale Campus. While on the Fort Lauderdale campus she assisted with programs such as Café Wednesday, Weeks of Welcome and Orientation. After the suspension of the Fort Lauderdale campus, Ms. Trevisano was relocated to the Davie Campus.
