The mission of FAU Student Health Services is to participate in the co-operative effort of the University to enhance students' intellectual, psychosocial and human development. Health care services are provided regardless of race, religion, gender, age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability or marital status. Student Health Services upholds the rights of students, including the rights of privacy and confidentiality. Student Health Services is entirely supported through the non-refundable student health fee and students must present a valid photo ID to  access services.
