
This program is designed to help you get rid of tobacco. This might be your first attempt to quit. Or maybe you have tried numerous times before. Either way, reading and following the advice in this program will increase your chances of being free from tobacco for good. Although this program refers mostly to smoking cigarettes, the advice is relevant to all forms of tobacco consumptions. Remember that smoking cigars and pipes or chewing tobacco are NOT safe alternatives to cigarettes.
