Global Inequality and Crisis
3 Credit Hours
Course Focus
This course is designed to help students to conceptualize capitalism as a dynamic global system. Accordingly, students learn to use the tools of global analysis (e.g., core-periphery relations, patterns of rivalry and hegemony, and global social movements) to analyze the mutations of capitalism. In the process, they learn to think critically about current events.
