L.E.A.D.

The L.E.A.D. staff within the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership strives to assist students in taking their skills into the community as evolved leaders. Students will continue to reflect, integrate, and expand on what they have learned to improve the worldwide community in which we all live.

The L.E.A.D. is committed to providing an atmosphere that fosters learning, personal growth, and exploration of individual and group leadership skills. These skills include the understanding and celebration of diversity which thereby enables their learning to take place. These ideals are consistent to that of the University's mission.
