Student Organizations, If your organization is interested in hosting a late night event, please email me back – simply that you are INTERESTED – by Thursday, August 26 th (information needed is listed below). We will hold a lottery meeting (TBD) only for those student organizations that express an interest in hosting a late night event. The late night policies have been updated; please read the attached document for further information. ( Click Here) Student organizations will be eligible for a $500 stipend to put towards the event. That money can be used to go towards security – FAU police are required at all late night events – or it can go towards another part of the event. If you choose to use the money towards another part of your event, the organization will still be required to pay for all of the security costs. The dates for the late night events are below. Please do not respond with what date your organization is choosing – as this will be determined at the lottery meeting.
Times for the Late Night Social Events are 9pm to 1am OR 10pm to 2am. If you have any questions, please let me know.
