Fee Schedule
(This is only a representative schedule and does not list fees for all services, procedures or supplies provided by Student Health Services. Please note that all services may not be available at all clinics. Prices may change without notice. The office of Linda Delo, D.O., the contracted provider for the Treasure Coast campus, sets its own prices and is not bound by this Fee Schedule.)
Fees/Additional Charges
There is a $5.00 office visit charge for a basic provider visit at FAU Student Health Services. There may be out-of-pocket charges for minor procedures, laboratory tests, medications or medical supplies incidental to your visit. Specialty treatments such as gynecology or immunizations often incur out-of-pocket charges depending on the services provided.
Payments may be made to the Cashier's Office by mail, by drop box or online payments.
