How to Make an Appointment
If you need to make an appointment, determine where you fit below.
Medical Emergencies
Medical Emergency with ARNP or MD.
Call the scheduler at (561)297-2276 and you will be seen.
Examples:
- Need Stitches
- Chest Pain
- Asthma Attack
- Lab Accident
- Needle Stick
- Allergic Reaction
- Feeling Suicidal
Same Day Visits
Non-life threatening, but needs nursing or medical care as soon as possible.
Call the scheduler at (561)297-2276 and request a walk-in or same day appointment. If no appointments are available, you may be triaged by a nurse and referred to an outside provider.
Examples:
- Pregnancy Concerns / ECP
- Sprains / Injuries
- Skin Rashes / Hives
- Respiratory Illness lasting over one week with fever
- Abdominal / Stomach Pain
- Urinary Tract infection
- Nausea / Vomiting / Diarrhea
- Fever above 101º F
- Severe Depression / Panic / Anxiety
Medical Appointment - Future Visit
Problem is important, but waiting one day to one week will not jeopardize outcome.

- Mild Colds / Coughs / Sore Throat
- Allergies
- Diet / Exercise Counseling
