Boca Student Health Services is located in Room 240 of the Student Health Services Building (SS-8W). The clinic is up the stairs across from the main entrance of the Breezeway Food Court, above Starbucks. Please refer to the campus map for more information.

Please allow time before your appointment to locate parking and get a hangtag, if necessary. Student Health Services will issue hangtags for students with appointments parking in designated Student Health Services reserved spaces in Lot 41 behind the Student Health Services Building. Anyone parking in the spaces without properly displaying a Student Health Services hangtag will be issued a parking ticket. Click here for a Parking Map.

1. Student should go to the front desk in the Student Health Services clinic where the receptionist will:
   1. Verify that the student has a current appointment in the clinic;
   2. Collect the student's picture identification (driver's license preferred) which will be stored in a secure location;
   3. Have the student complete the Hangtag Release Form; and
   4. Issue the hangtag.
2. Immediately after the student has completed his/her visit in Student Health Services, he/she will retrieve the hangtag from their car and return it to the receptionist. The receptionist will then return the student’s identification.
3. If a student does not return the hangtag in a timely manner, a fine may be imposed.
4. Questions about these parking procedures should be directed to the Student Health Services Office Manager.

Student Health Services is not responsible for parking tickets issued for vehicles which are improperly parked or do not have the Student Health Services hangtag properly displayed.
