BOCA RATON STUDENT HEALTH SERVICES
Location
The Student Health Services office is located on the Boca Raton campus in Room 240 of the Student Health Services Building (SS8W). The office is up the stairs across from the main entrance of the Breezeway Food Court, above Starbucks. Please refer to the campus map for more information.
Parking
Please allow time before your appointment to locate parking and get a hangtag, if necessary. Student Health Services will issue hangtags for students/staff parking in designated Student Health Services reserved spaces in Lot 41 behind the Student Health Services Building. Anyone parking in the spaces without properly displaying a Student Health Services hangtag will be issued a parking ticket. Click here for a Parking Map
Procedures For Obtaining Hangtag
  1. Student/staff should go to the front desk in the Student Health Services clinic where the receptionist will:
    1. Verify that the student/staff has a current appointment in the clinic or the Health Education Department.
    2. Collect the student/staff's picture identification (driver's license preferred) which will be stored in a secure location.
    3. Have the student/staff complete the Hangtag Release Form.
    4. Issue the hangtag.
  2. Immediately after the student/staff has completed his/her visit in Student Health Services, he/she will retrieve the hangtag from their car and return it to the receptionist. The receptionist will then return the student’s identification.
  3. If a student/staff does not return the hangtag in a timely manner, a fine may be imposed.
  4. Questions about these parking procedures should be forwarded to the Student Health Services Office Manager.
