Who Is Eligible For Services?
All FAU students who are enrolled in the current semester are eligible for services. Proof of current enrollment is required. All students must present a valid photo ID before receiving services.
Visitor Fee
If you are not enrolled in the current semester, but were enrolled and paid tuition at FAU during the past semester, you can be considered a "Visitor" to Student Health Services during the semester immediately following an enrolled semester. You may pay a "Visitor Fee" to continue to use Health Services for one semester. This paid fee entitles you to the same services you had as a registered FAU student.
VISITOR FEE:
$76 for one semester - Fall, Spring, or Summer C ( Summer A and B semesters combined will count as one semester ). The Visitor Fee may be initiated at any time during a given semester. However, the fee is not prorated and must be paid in full prior to the first visit. No services are available after graduation.
PROCESS:
Go to the University Cashier and pay the $76 Student Health Visitor Fee. You must bring your receipt to your appointment at Student Health Services. Call (561) 297-3512 for more information.
Non-Registered Students Requiring Immunizations for Registration Purposes
Student Health Services offers limited immunizations and related services for non-registered prospective students to enable them to receive State mandated immunizations prior to registration for classes. Call (561) 297-3512 for more information.
