Florida Atlantic University is pleased to offer a voluntary Injury and Sickness Insurance Plan underwritten by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.
2012-13 STUDENT INSURANCE PLAN
Information for the 2012-13 student insurance plans (for international and domestic students), including information flyers and application forms, are available at the Insurance for Students website. Printed copies of each flyer and application form are also available at Student Health Services on the Boca, Jupiter and Davie campuses.
A representative from Insurance for Students is in the Boca Campus Student Services Building (SS-8, Room 222L) each Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Extended hours may be available during peak registration periods. Please call (561) 297-1135 for the current schedule.
