policy Eligibility requirements have been met. If the
Company discovers the Eligibility requirements have not been
met, its only obligation is to refund premium.
Eligible Students who do enroll
may also insure their Dependents. Eligible Dependents
are the spouse and their children under 25 years of age who
are not self-supporting; who live with the Insured or who are
a full-time or part-time student. Dependent Eligibility
expires concurrently with that of the Insured student.
Eligible dependents who enroll have the same benefits as the

services from Student Health Services. Please see
brochure for further details.
Optional coverages may only be
purchased simultaneously and in conjunction with the purchase
of Basic coverage at the time of initial enrollment.
