Lilian Auster was born in Peru. She graduated from Ela School of Secretarial Bilingual in 1992. She then studied at the Institute for the Development of Business Studies and San Ignacio de Loyola Institute, completing courses in Business Administration. While a student, she also worked as an assistant in a medical office for 4 years. She has experience as a general administrator, import, export and sales manager in a well known import and export company for 11 years. Lilian has worked in the Student Health Services Immunization Office since March 2009. She is planning to attend nursing courses in the near future.

Lisa Cha is originally from New York and graduated from Stony Brook University. She has been with Florida Atlantic University for over 4 years, starting at the Registrars' Office and now with the Student Health Service Immunization Office.
