Welcome to Florida Atlantic University’s Learning Initiatives For Team building (LIFT). In February, 2001, the Today & Beyond Wellness department at Florida Atlantic University opened the most comprehensive Ropes Challenge Course in South Florida. Located in the northwest quadrant on the Boca Raton campus, the course provides a myriad of programs utilizing an experiential approach to teaching and reinforcing team building, communication and leadership skills.

LIFT provides individualized programming for corporate, non-profits, schools, sports teams, families and any intact organization. Through pre-program planning the goals and desired outcomes of the training are identified and a program is designed specifically for your group. Our staff of certified facilitators strives to make your experience meaningful, productive and fun!
