A primary goal of the Office of Technology Development (OTD) is to foster the development of Florida businesses based on FAU research. Oscillo Biosciences is developing medical devices and digital therapeutic platforms that offer hope to those suffering from neurodegenerative diseases and disorders like Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, aphasia, dyslexia and others.
Spectoco
Spectoco arose from technology and industry partnerships developed through Florida Atlantic University's Institute for Sensing and Embedded Network Systems Engineering (I-SENSE), a regional clearinghouse for technical expertise in sensing, computing, communication, and security technology. Spectoco specializes in agricultural monitoring products and forecasting services.
