Sponsored Programs (Pre-Award) The Sponsored Programs team will guide you in correctly preparing proposal budgets and forms, advise you on obtaining internal institutional approvals and advise you on using Grants.gov, GrantsERA and other agency proposal submission electronic systems. In addition, they will assist you with seeking external funding, negotiate grants and contracts and other research agreements, and provide guidance on interpreting research-related policies and compliance issues.
