The following formulary was compiled from a number of sources (see "Notes" at the bottom of each page). Professional Veterinary judgment is required when using any pharmaceutical agent. Because of potential typographical errors, all dosage references should be checked prior to use and use of listed dosages is not the responsibility of this institution.
