Dr. Ramaswamy Narayanan

Ramaswamy Narayanan is a Professor of Biological Sciences and Acting Director of the Center for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. Prior to joining FAU, Dr. Narayanan was a Research Investigator and Research Leader in pre-clinical oncology for 10 years at Hoffmann La Roche Inc. Trained at the National Cancer Institute, Dr. Narayanan has worked at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, Yale University and Memorial Sloan Cancer Institute, prior to joining Hoffmann La Roche Inc. He is currently a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Cancer Research, American Association for the Advancement of Science, American and International Society of Hematology, American Society of Microbiology, International Society for Comparative Oncology, and the New York Academy of Sciences. Furthermore, Dr. Narayanan serves on the editorial boards of Antisense Research & Development, Anticancer Research, and Current Cancer Therapy Reviews.
