NIH LIVE TRAINING SESSION - January 11, 2006
NIH’s New Electronic Grant Application Process and the SF424 (R&R)
PURPOSE: By May 2007 all research grant applications for National Institutes of Health (NIH) will have to be submitted electronically through Grants.gov using the SF424 Research & Related (R&R) form set. This training session, geared toward the applicant community, will provide an overview of NIH's transition plans, the submission process and the new form set. A question and answer session will follow the formal presentations.
WHO: This training is designed for anyone (faculty, administrative staff, graduate students) involved with submitting grant applications to any of the National Institutes of Health. It is important that researchers and others involved in grants management know how to submit an NIH application electronically since many grant competitions already require this new process.
