TRANSFER STUDENT GUIDEBOOK
Florida Atlantic University opened as the first university in the country to offer only upper-division and graduate-level courses, recognizing freshmen and sophomores served by the community college systems. FAU admitted its first freshman class in 1984, emerging as the four-year institute of today.   FAU continues to value its high volume of transfer students; you numbered nearly 3,000 of last year’s admissions. The online Transfer Student Manual is offered as a guide through your community college years as well as your succeeding years at FAU.
