Students should take their signed form to BookSmart located at across the street from FAU next to Boca Raton Community Hospital.

Palm Beach County Public High School students can obtain their Book Voucher form from their high school guidance counselor.
Broward
County Public High School students should take their form to the University
Bookstore
located on campus in the Breezeway next to Bank Atlantic.
