DIPLOMAS: Diplomas will be printed after Commencement and once the University determines that all eligible candidates have met all the degree requirements. The diplomas will be mailed approximately four to six weeks after the ceremony.

TRANSCRIPTS:

Because degrees are not awarded until several days after grades are due, it is recommended that you check to see that your unofficial transcript shows that your degree has been awarded before ordering an official transcript. Alternately, you may check the option for “After Degree” when ordering your official transcript if you must place your order before your degree has been awarded. The University must charge for all official transcripts and cannot waive fees for those ordered incorrectly. You may order an official transcript online through MyFAU.

CAREER DESTINATION SURVEY:

Graduates will be asked to complete the Career Destination Survey at commencement as step 1 in order to receive their commencement card. This information is extremely valuable to the university. We ask that you complete this survey so that the class profile is as complete as possible. If you have any questions you may  contact the Career Development Center for further assistance.

GUEST SEATING:

Seating in the Carole and Barry Kaye Performing Arts Auditorium is limited and admission to the Commencement Ceremony is by ticket only (graduates participating in the ceremony do not require a ticket). Only students who reply to this email by  TBA  will be eligible for guest tickets. Ticket quantity will be determined the week of TBA, however, each student will be guaranteed 3 tickets. As you invite family members and friends, please keep this in mind.
