To reserve one or more Variable Message System (VMS) displays, please complete the application by accessing the application link below. If you'd prefer to submit manually, you can access the VMS Reservation form here. Once completed, please submit the request via fax, e-mail, or U.S. Mail no less than ten (10) working days prior to scheduled day(s).
$100 per day per VMS display.
Your message can display up to four (4) separate frames, a total of three (3) lines per frame, and a maximum of ten (10) characters per line (refer to the example below). Each frame can be displayed between one (1) and nine (9) seconds. Unless otherwise noted, the default display time will be two (2) seconds.
VMS Displays can only be displayed in select locations throughout the campus. For a map of available display locations, click here.
Requests must be submitted two (2) days (48 hours) prior to the event to not be assessed a fee. Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours in advance will be assessed a fee of $50. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full cost of $100 per display.
Incomplete applications or applications received less than ten (10) business days prior to scheduled day(s) may adversely affect our efforts to fulfill the request.
