USCIS Announces Inflation Adjustment to Premium Processing Fees  

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services  announced a final rule  that will increase the filing fee for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, to adjust for inflation. Starting on February 26, 2024, there will be a slight adjustment to the USCIS premium processing fee for Form I-129. The fee will be increased from $2,500.00 to $2,805. 

 

DV- 2025 Registration Begins Oct.4. 2023

"DV-2025 Program: The online registration period for the DV-2025 Program begins on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4) and concludes on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-5).  Submission of more than one entry for a person during the registration period will disqualify all entries for that person.

The English version of the DV-2025 Program Instructions in PDF format is the only official version.  Unofficial translations in additional languages will be added to this webpage as they become available.

Note: As indicated in the instructions, for the purposes of eligibility some countries include components and dependent areas overseas.  If you are a native of a dependency or overseas territory, please select the appropriate country of eligibility.  For example, natives of Macau S.A.R should select Portugal, and natives of Martinique should select France.

Premium Processing Service Fee

Premium Processing Service Fee has increased from $1,440 to $2,500 beginning Monday, October 19, 2020. This applies to petitions filed on Forms I-140 and I-129.The increase will only apply to cases currently eligible for premium processing, including H and L petitions and certain EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 petitions.
