The PPRC and the Federal Acquisition Institute

An alliance with the Federal Acquisition Institute has been in progress and expected to be signed soon. The partnership covers three areas:

• Academic credit for members of the Defense Department who complete rigorous courses developed by DAU on public procurement topics;

• An executive certificate program in public procurement now being put in place at FAU in conjunction with the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing; and

• Research opportunities for practitioners that can include publication of articles in the Journal of Public Procurement published by FAU.
