Peace Studies Middle East Study Abroad Program

This grant program is made possible by a generous donation from the Chastain-Johnston Middle East Endowment.

The Peace Studies Program supports study abroad by Florida Atlantic University undergraduate and graduate students who spend at least one semester studying in a Middle East country. Qualifying students must be full-time, degree-seeking at FAU and be processed for study abroad by the university's International Programs office (contact 297-3227 for information).

An annual award up to $2,500 will be provided by the Peace Studies Program. Award money must be used by the recipient to pay for expenses directly related to her/his study abroad. These expenses include, but are not limited to, tuition, books, fees, airfare, room & board.

Students interested in applying for the Peace Studies Middle East Study Abroad Scholarship should contact the university's International Programs office.
