NOTE: This form is for requesting temporary permits for departmental guests (guest speakers, lectures, etc.)

Parking and Transportation will confirm by telephone or e-mail if visitor tags are going to be issued. The Parking Services department will also assign the specific lots in which the permits will be valid. If you do not receive confirmation please contact our office at the number noted below.

Parking and Transportation understands the need to provide guests with proper information when arriving on campus to park. Our goal is to reduce the number of requests for total lot closures or no cites due to limited parking. HANGTAGS ARE ONLY ISSUED TO VISITORS WHO ARE NOT COMPENSATED BY THE UNIVERSITY. STUDENTS, GRADUATE ASSISTANTS, RESEARCH ASSISTANTS, FACULTY OR STAFF (TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT, FULL OR PART-TIME) ARE INELIGIBLE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL EXT. 7-4107.

If Campus Maps are needed, how many? Note: Hangtags are only issued to visitors who are not compensated by the University.
