Garage III will be constructed on the current site of Lot 11, just west of the FAU Stadium. The Lot and all surrounding areas will be fenced off during Spring Break and closed to FAU Students, Faculty and Staff for parking. Please plan accordingly and utilize parking lot 5 for parking. This lot has OwlExpress shuttle service provided between the lot and the Business Complex, Breezeway and Science Buildings.
Currently, Lot 25 (South of Parking Garage II) is closed and is under construction for a new Residence Hall.
St. Lucie Ave South between Lot 24 and Lot 1 has been closed to through traffic.
Lot 28 (East of Parking Garage II) is being constructed to offset the loss of parking spaces from the new Residence Hall. Once complete, there will be a net gain of parking spaces.
