Summer Send-Offs are for new students (and their parents) that happen in various locations throughout the state. The purpose of a Summer Send-Off is to provide an opportunity for incoming new students and parents from the same area to meet each other. A member of the FAU staff, current parents and students will also be in attendance to answer any last minute questions before the fall semester begins. In addition to answering questions this is a great opportunity for new students and parents alike to network.
Summer Send-Offs are sponsored by the Owl Parent Association and the Office of New Student and Owl Family Programs in the Division of Student Affairs.
WHAT’S THE COST?
No cost for Students and current Owl Parent Association (OPA) members. It is $45 for non-members which will include an OPA membership for one year!
