College Reach-Out Program- a state-funded program that provides additional support to economically challenged and first generation middle/high school students. The Academic and Non-Academic Components are geared to help them develop and maintain the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to successfully pursue and complete a post-secondary education. Classes are generally held the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of each month and the 4th Saturday when there are five (5) Saturdays in the month.
Students receive/earn community service hours for their participation. A student can earn up to four (4) hours for each session (10 am – 2:00pm) if he or she stays for the entire session.
Only students with consistent attendance and outstanding conduct will be able to participate in the Summer Mini Camp and Summer In-Residence Program. (Dates to be announced.)
