I can not complete registering and/or paying for ALEKS

If you receive the following error please follow the steps listed below to fix the problem:

Step 1: Click on your name in the top right-hand corner to access the Account Settings link.

Step 2: Click on the Edit button to access the Unpair action.

Step 3: Click edit pairing

Step 4: Click the Unpair Account button

Step 5:  Once you have successfully completed the unpairing process please restart the Aleks PPL payment process at  http://www.fau.edu/ugstudies/aleks-ppl/login.php

I am being prompted for a proctoring passcode.  What do I do?

This is an indication that you have completed the process of processing your payment for the ALEKS exam.   Please proceed to STEP 2 to either take the exam online or in the Test Center on campus.  Please follow the instructions for STEP 2 on the ALEKS PPL login/payment site .
