How to Submit an Online Request

  • Go to
  • Click on the SUBMIT A TICKET button.
  • Search the Service Catalog for the service that pertains to your request/issue. 
  • To submit a ticket you must have a valid FAUnet ID and password. 
  • If you don't know your password, please call the OIT Help Desk for assistance.
