OIT-BCS has been working during the summer to upgrade several e-classroom facilities at the Broward campuses.

More specifically, we upgraded all the general-use e-classrooms at the Fort Lauderdale campus with the new university standard. In total, eight rooms were completed, which are:

• AT-210
• AT-420
• AT-724
• HEC-908
• HEC-910
• HEC-911
• HEC-914
• HEC-918

At the same time, we created a new e-classroom facility in the Davie campus, room LA-225. All these rooms have Sympodiums, document cameras, ceiling mounted speakers, DVD/VCR, and connections for laptops and other devices, which should provide faculty with more options.

They also have a new easier-to-control panel system that simplifies the use of all those tools, as well as the way to get in contact with our technical staff. Click here to learn more about the e-classrooms control panel system.
