If an online exam or assessment requires that the Respondus LockDown Browser be used, the exam will not be accessible with a standard Web browser and the students are locked into the assessment until it is submitted for grading. The LockDown Browser is ideal for use in a proctored lab situation. OIT's Broward Technology Services (BCS) has installed the application in all instructional computer labs and open computer labs on both the Davie and the Fort Lauderdale campuses. To learn more about the Respondus LockDown Browser, click here to see an introductory demo of the product. OIT has also put together a Web page with detailed information about the application. For more information, you can also contact the Computer Lab Managers, JunJie Hu (Davie campus) or Joe Sher (Fort Lauderdale campus). |
