FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
CHAPTER TITLE: 6C5-7 Miscellaneous
RULE NUMBER AND TITLE: 6C5-7.007 Disruptive Conduct
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This rule is being amended to update and expand the list of disruptive conduct for which employees, staff, faculty and students may be subject to disciplinary action.
SUBJECT AREAS TO BE ADDRESSED: Harassing or abusive behavior, sexual misconduct, relationship violence, violation of University policies, misuse of computer resources, underage drinking, misconduct at University events, obstruction of student judicial process, disorderly conduct, unauthorized possession, use or misuse of hazardous or dangerous materials, misuse of hazard warning systems or alarms, activities related to controlled substances, soliciting, aiding or abetting others, and violation of municipal or county ordinances or federal law.
