Homecoming Week – October 24-31, 2015

Join students, alumni, faculty and staff for a week of exciting events during FAU’s “Owls: Agents of Change” Homecoming celebration.

Homecoming is the most exciting week of the year at FAU! The Division of Student Affairs invites everyone to come out and join in the fun. A few highlights include the Fall Family Fest on Friday, Oct. 30 at 5 p.m. and the ninth annual FAU Homecoming Parade on Saturday, Oct. 31 starting at 11:30 a.m.

The Fall Family Fest, which will be hosted by President John Kelly and his family on the FAU Stadium Lawn, will include carnival games, bounce houses, face painting, rides, balloon art, photo booth novelties, caricature artists, circus performers and more. For the first time ever, there will be live music from cover band SeKond Nature and headliner Timeflies.

The Homecoming Parade, always a crowd favorite, will feature more than 60 entries, including floats from student organizations, specialty cars, motorcycles and marching bands. For more information on either of these events, contact Shontae White at whites@fau.edu.

And then, of course, everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend Saturday's football game, when FAU takes on Florida International University at 3:30 p.m. Let's fill FAU Stadium with loud and proud Owls to cheer our team on to victory!
