Disney has released a major motion picture of the same name, starring Chris Pines and Casey Affleck. Tougias is also the author of “Fatal Forecast: A True Tale of Disaster and Survival at Sea,” “Ten Hours Until Dawn: The True Story of Heroism and Tragedy Aboard the Can Do,” “Rescue of the Bounty,” “A Storm Too Soon” and “Overboard!” “Ten Hours” was selected as one of the American Library Association’s “Best Books of the Year,” and the audio book won Audiofiles “Earphones Award.”
