FAU Jupiter’s Campus Library Presents ‘Big Inflatable Elephants’

                        is hosting “Big Inflatable Elephants,” an exhibition of inflatable white
                        elephants by artist Billie Grace Lynn.

Florida Atlantic University’s John D. MacArthur Campus Library Gallery is hosting an exhibition, “Big Inflatable Elephants,” by “Billie Grace Lynn, an assistant professor of sculpture at the University of Miami, through October 17 at the FAU Jupiter campus, 5353 Parkside Drive. Lynn’s exhibition, which is shown courtesy of the Bernice Steinbaum Gallery in Miami, features white elephants, ancient symbols of transformation, to remind people to respect each other, remember the past and protect the future. The inflatable elephants are majestic and create the perception of walking through a real herd of elephants. The exhibition is free and open to the public. The library’s hours are Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to midnight, Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to midnight.
