A multicultural, multigenerational panel of community activists , FAU staff and students
will discuss topics relevant to the lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender community, and share personal perspectives and obstacles they face in achanging and diverse culture.
FAU Libraries are hosting the panel discussion and forum in June to commemorate Gay and Lesbian Pride Month, and the event is being held in conjunction with “The Harlem Renaissance: As Gay As it Was Black,” the library’s current exhibition on the Harlem Renaissance of the 1920s and 1930s, which was organized by Stonewall Library & Archives in Fort Lauderdale.
